Grocery list

Here is my all-purpose, one-size-fits all, grocery list. Of course, I don't need all of this every time, and I might need something not on the list.

Produce:

Onions
Garlic
Potatoes (usually red or other small variety)
Peppers: bell, hot, poblanos
Blueberries
Spinach or other greens, salad greens
Other green veggies: broccoli, asparagus
Avocados
Tomatoes
Citrus, lime or lemon, sometimes an orange

Protein:

A pork loin or chops
Whole chicken
Italian sausage
Salmon, shrimp, or scallops

Other:

Pasta
Canned tomatoes
Sparkling water
Cheese
Olives
Milk
Canned tomatoes
Olive oil, vinegar, etc...
